Administration

It is the heart of the technical, administrative, didactic and financial-patrimonial management of the Cesena Campus.
Campus Manager
The campus manager is in charge of the Campus offices and services, and manages the technical-administrative staff.
ASA - Administrative Services Office
The Administrative Services Office’s main mission is the management of administrative-accounting activities, aimed at the effective, efficient management of resources, in compliance with current legislation.
ASI - Computer Services Office
This office offers quality consulting and computer services designed to meet the teaching, research and management needs of the Campus, by means of: development and management of network services; acquisition and management of hardware and software; implementation of new technologies; technical consultancy for the Campus departments.
ASB - Library Services Office
The main mission of the Library Services Office is to provide information services designed to meet the teaching and research needs expressed by the Faculties/Degree Courses based in Cesena.
ALOG - Logistics Office
This office is responsible for the integrated planning and management of all work carried out on the structures, systems, and facilities of Campus buildings.
Internships and International Relations Office
The Cesena Campus has instituted an Apprenticeship and International Relations Office to examine the topic of relations with companies/local bodies and that of international relations involving graduate students and the teaching body.
Campus President Secretariat Special Structure
The Cesena Campus Presidential secretariat provides support for the President’s institutional and representative activities.
Student Registry Office
The Student registry office deals with the administrative procedures concerning a student’s university career.
Urp-Public Relations Office
This office has the task of helping the user - whether he may be a student, colleague of the administration, lecturer or company - to communicate with the University in a manner which is profitable and constructive for both parties.
Web Team
The Web Team has the task to create and to update the web pages of the Cesena Campus website.
